Description:
Combined Vibratory Road Roller
The XMR603 Tandem Vibratory Road Roller is a lightweight vibratory roller with an operating weight of 6 tons. Designed for surface and edge compaction during asphalt and cement mixture paving, it is also suitable for sealing base layers and compacting gravel or sand materials. This machine is ideal for parking lot construction, road maintenance projects, and sealing pedestrian walkways or bicycle paths. It has the feature of low amplitude and high frequency.
Technical Specification
The dual rollers are fully hydraulically driven and equipped with a dual-frequency continuously variable transmission (CVT). The operator can freely select the required travel speed based on different working conditions, with the speed proportionally controlled by the movement of the joystick. This system is characterized by dual-frequency vibration, dual-amplitude settings, independent vibration modes, and articulated steering functionality, ensuring adaptability to diverse compaction requirements.
The braking and parking system incorporates three key functions: neutral-position braking, emergency braking, and parking braking, all designed to ensure safe operation. The braking system features a short braking distance and high braking torque, providing reliable safety during operation. A neutral switch is integrated into the control handle. The startup circuit and motor can only be activated when the handle is in the neutral position, preventing accidental engagement.
The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) safety arc to prevent rollovers, along with a warning beacon and reverse buzzer to enhance operational safety. The machine adopts an optimized articulated structure with fully hydraulic steering, enabling overlapping tracks of the front and rear wheels during turns to minimize turning radius. The compact turning radius of the rollers, combined with high compaction quality and effortless steering, ensures efficient maneuverability in confined spaces. With a large ground clearance and robust off-road capability, the machine excels in uneven terrain while maintaining precise edge compaction performance.
