Description:
Combined Vibratory Roller
The XD83VT vibratory roller is a combined tandem roller, with a front section designed as a steel vibratory drum and a rear section equipped with a pneumatic tire axle. This machine is suitable for compacting upper asphalt layers, thin asphalt base layers, and roadbed layers. It is an ideal sealing equipment for sealing the upper wear layer on highways, where high requirements are placed on surface quality and uniformity.
Technical Specifications
The operator’s console can rotate 35 degrees left and right, enhancing operator comfort and convenience, allowing adjustments to posture based on working conditions. Control devices, including joysticks and a multifunctional display, are offset centrally and positioned conveniently under the operator’s right hand, further improving forward visibility. The machine’s speed and vibration frequency control system provides prompts to maintain optimal speed during operation based on compaction modes.
The front roller features a design with four vibration shaft support bearings, ensuring uniform vibration transmission across the roller width to avoid over-compaction or under-compaction areas, thereby guaranteeing high surface quality and consistency.
The rear axle hydraulic motor with differential drive provides necessary wheel speed differences during turns, effectively preventing displacement of surface layer materials and wave formation ahead of the wheels.
The articulated joint incorporates a transverse travel function. The high-reliability vibration system uses dual-sealing technology and a vibration mechanism with two frequency/amplitude modes. The interval-adjustable water spray system is available as a mode. The rear pneumatic wheels can optionally be equipped with an emulsion wetting system.
